My New Pet Fishies..

Weee~ My D bought me Guppies.. neons..& red moons.. bought the fishes & the cup plant frm Chang Aquarium jst beside of Fuji Car Accessories Centre.. The glass jar/aquarium & the stones we bought it frm Kaison Putatan (cheaper ba hehe)... Now I hve 2 types of pets in my room.. Fishies & my Tarantula (Mexican Redknee) she's a beauty too.. ;)

Soon am goin to say GOODBYE to NOKIA & GOODBYE to SYMBIAN ...har har har har.... & HELLO ANDROID!! woot~ woot~ After all the troubles that I dealt wif nokia E72!! whom at 1st I ADORE SO MUCH!! haiz...E72 u disappoint me BIG TIME! I just cant stand it anymore...my E72 keep on reboot more than 5times in a day!! especially while Im surfing the net..!! and a few other probs too haizz~~ Mybe because Im a heavy user cause some people have no problem with the E72 at all and yet there are not a heavy user like me...I just cant handle nor take it anymore..felt like wnt to crush it to tiny pieces... (=.=') hmmm...all NOKIA PHONES GIVES ME TROUBLE..but well.. say hello to my new soon to be baby yiihaaa~~ teeeeheeeheee~ I havent decide yet what color am buying ^^ Thx to Abg Pai for mentioning abt ANDROID... I was actually asking him hundreds of Qs regarding iPhone and suddenly he ask me why dont I try android phone.. and I was like 'huh???' so he explain & I google it.. went to 1Borneo HTC and saw this and I fell in love but still I call him and ask for his opinion! hehehehe.. It was a fine evening yesterday.. such a memorable day.. funny but sweet... guess what?? He proposed! hahahaha... I know..judging from the pic..most of my friends tot that he proposed me using my otomen as a ring bearer which is not :) This is how the story goes.. While at the parking.. he mentioned about my silver ring 'ala ur ring tidak kilat sdh kan..' so I answer 'ya besa la silver kan' then he told me that he saw in youtube that you can use dettol to make ur silver shine (which is I REALLY DO BELIEVE HIM!! ;P ) the moment I went to the backseat of the car ( Coz i wanted to change my offce attire to my jog wear..) he asked me to give him my silver ring and try to use the so called DETTOL METHOD.. I dont know how to explain it here :p he used his so called magic skill and change my silver ring to diamond gold ring ^^ and ask me 'Will you marry me?' OH MY G!! hahahaha..1st thing came out from me is not YES I WILL or YES I DO but.. 'buduh oh!! e..ada kah..(tears tears tears + laughing & smiling)' To know more details about the story wait till any of u go yamcha wif me ya hehehehe.. Till then... MY DEAREST KEVIN JUANIS MAJANIL.. I always thought that I cant possibly save any more money than I actually do. I live pretty much on paycheck to paycheck, I guess like the rest of working peeps, our meager savings is for emergencies only. ((some of us))

I browse through the net and I found a few tips to begin saving more than I thought possible and the first trick is to rethink your spending habits! ^^ (learned from my own lesson when my company is giving out late paycheck and I have no savings to support my daily spending/needs).

I started with asking myself

• Who am I? What's my current financial picture?
• How do I want to live? How do I want to use my money?
• How can I make the best use of my money?

"The Key of saving is Spending Less than you Earn"

Draw up your current budget:

Find out where your money goes. Calculate your monthly income & make a list of all expenses.

Put priority on your loans: car loan, house loan etc

Cut down usage of your phone / downgrade your phone package to cut down your bill ^^

Plan ahead:

Map out your meals for the entire month, go through your kitchen cabinet, fridge and pantry. Making a list of any item you'll need for your planned meals.

Bring your own food to work:

Your breakfast, lunch and for break time. You can save more if you just heat up the left over food from last night ^^. Always make sure that you have your own coffee/tea and biscuits in the office to avoid a reason to buy food outside ;)

Make a list:

Before out for grocery shopping, make a list to avoid buying unnecessary things and to avoid over spending.

Learn to compare prices:

Whatever things or stuff that you plan to buy, try to survey around, look around or google it to compare the price of the item that you wish to buy. Cheap is better ^^

Credit Card:

Try to limit yourself with only ONE credit card (none is better).

Consider your credit card as a safety net.

Dont use it for anything that you dont absolutely need

Save 10% from what you earn:

This is the advice from mom that I will never ever forget, she always remind me again & again to at least the minimum is to save 10% from my paycheck every month.

Always ask youself "DO I NEED THIS?":

We often tend to buy stuff that we DONT really need or maybe some DONT really use it. Yea that 'some' includes me, sometimes I buy things that I only use once and just put it away just like that and at the end I misplace it or worse LOST IT -.-

Dont buy clothes or shoes or handbags when you already have TONNES of it in your room & in your closet and do you really need DESIGNER HANDBAGS, DESIGNER SHOES OR DESIGNER CLOTHING?? Even make up, your toiletries.. Do you really need to buy yourself branded and damn f****** EXPENSIVE?? when you can find other not so famous brands with good quality and reasonable price.

Clear your closet:

Overflow closet and you have no idea on where to toss it or HIDE IT?? Well best advice is to give it away or you can make profit out of it. If you browse through the net, there's a few blogs that are selling pre-loved clothes, take a look at it, grab the idea and do it!! Sell your pre-loved clothes, shoes, handbags etc ONLINE!! The best place is FACEBOOK ^^

Good luck on learning how to save (as what I am doing now). Have fun working, and dont forget to at least to treat yourself once a month for all your hard work esp hard work on saving 10% from your paycheck ^^

Save a little money each month and at the end of the year you'll be surprised at how little you have.

Next match at 2.30am SPAIN VS PARAGUAY!! I did not place any bet for this match.. But I would love to match GERMANY vs SPAIN ^^ who knows that Germany will win the WC 2010

Tough game... Im so on for the final!!! I cant wait!!

WeeHoo... D's mommy & both his sisters baru pulang from Sibu last nite.. (Fiona's graduation) Nervous + wondering wht wud my Mother In Law to be wud buy for me.. Tadaaaa~~ A dress!! I LOVE IT!! CUTE!! ^^ (in my heart phew~~ luckily they know wht type of dress tht I like) hee~~ Thanks to D's mommy for the thought of getting me smthing frm Sibu.. ^^ Trus D asked my try it on smlm juga ah...so here it is!! ^^

Wanted to update & post a few pics since sat but no time ;p As usual Sat = WORKING DAY =.= boring.. but then it turn out to be a happy day for me n D hehehehe..

We went up to Japanese Dream House to have some yummy Japanese food for lunch... Then unplanned trip to 1B :D so we went to jalan² Toys Я Us mcm budak hehehe...yeah memang la...dulu² manada ni kedai... ^^ so round² py round..

I got myself a DIY bouncing solar system (errkk..) & D got himself 2 yoyos..(even get ourself a membership card) Wee~~

So b4 balik...we decided to get ourself momom from Mario Pizza...My fav ;p Paling sy ingat Calzone..n the other two macam chicken & cheese ball and Pizz ette (if am not mistaken) hee~ On our way heading to Mario Pizza, tersinggah pula at one of the stall tgh² 1B and bout 3pcs magnetic stuff for the fridge collection ^^

Balik rumah..masing² layan toys masing²..hehehe excited!! Felt like a lil kid balik nie!! Aiyo!! D trus lupa me kijap n play wif his new toys...showing me a few tricks n i felt in love all over again wif him!! hahahaha.
