HINAVA UDANG / IKAN

Hinava Ikan

Hinava Udang

Bahan-bahan:
Ikan Tenggiri or Ikan Yu (Mentah) / Udang (Mentah)
Limau Kapas
Halia
Bawang Merah
Cili Padi
Garam & Gula

Potong isi ikan kecik² / Buang kulit udang and potong kecik²
Halia, Bawang Merah & Cili Padi dihiris
Campur semua bahan and perah limau sehingga isi ikan/udang jadi masak, isi ikan will turn white and the prawn will turn pinkish orange gtu :) 
Lastly campur gula & garam secukup rasa.

I normally suka if ikan/udang tu half cook sikit hehe..make sure guna ikan/udang yg fresh k..
