Yala sy tau la sdh gentua pun still looking forward for my own Birthday celebration hehehe.. since I almost drowned back in few years ago.. I started to appreciate life.. we never know when will our time comes kan.. :)

My plan for this year mo buat mkn2 sikit.. I'll be cooking for my own birthday party hehehe..but this year gonna celebrate my birthday without my family.. :(

Bahan-bahan:

Ikan Tenggiri or Ikan Yu (Mentah) / Udang (Mentah)

Limau Kapas

Halia

Bawang Merah

Cili Padi

Garam & Gula

Potong isi ikan kecik² / Buang kulit udang and potong kecik²

Halia, Bawang Merah & Cili Padi dihiris

Campur semua bahan and perah limau sehingga isi ikan/udang jadi masak, isi ikan will turn white and the prawn will turn pinkish orange gtu :) 

Lastly campur gula & garam secukup rasa.

I normally suka if ikan/udang tu half cook sikit hehe..make sure guna ikan/udang yg fresh k..

I receive an email which is forwarded to me by my mom.. This is crazy! ewwww... I dont know which shop la yg kena ambik gmbar ni..  Remember recently there were a few cases of disease caused by rat urine? it can be fatal! So next tym just observe the cleanliness and surroundings of any shop you want to eat in before proceeding or perhaps better eat at home saja la....don't take things for granted!
