How & where to start sy pun nda tau ni..
Just mo share la.. I have changed a lot dari segi pemakanan sy..mo diet bukan senang.. mo kurus bukan senang.. klo mo EAT CLEAN mcm org share di FB/BLOGs pun bukan senang plus MAHAL.. mo ambi product bikin kurus lg laa nda bgs~ short term ja org bilang..
Sepa² yg jadi kawan sy mmg tau sy ni BANYAK btl sakit.. soooo mom bought me a whole set of supplements (1st batch ja kena sponsored huhuhu)
mmg bagus ni supplements and sepa² yg ada masalah mo Poo Poo tu.. I highly recommend Multi Wholesome Grains heehee..
Besides taking supplements, I no longer taking white rice at home. White Rice I replace with Brown Rice. Y Brown rice? sebaaaabbb the benefit of Brown Rice makes it a great staple carbohydrate source which is classified as a
whole grain and contains a range of essential nutrients such as B
vitamins, phosphorus, selenium, manganese, potassium and magnesium. It is also a great source of fiber and complex carbs to fuel the body with glucose. It may help protect against heart disease, type 2 diabetes and cancer. So apa tunggu lagi! Tukar la makan brown rice :)
Besides sy tukar NASI sy, I am no longer taking white sugar too! Semua gula untuk minum or masak makan I replace with BROWN SUGAR (semua la brown kan hehehe) bukan saja di rumah, even di office pun biar la stock Brown Sugar sendiri at the office.
Minyak masak pun tukar tau! hahaha tapi sy nda la pakai Olive Oil but I use Canola Oil sama juga sihat daripada kita pakai minyak biasa kan..
Dulu sy nda suka minum air, now sy practice minum at least 2L air dalam satu hari. Kalau sy jalan pg makan di kedai most of the time sy order Chinese Teh Ping or plain water. If jalan² di mall haus beli mineral water. Tgk movie most of the time pun bawa air masuk. Lama² buat begini automatic pandai biasa, which sy pun nda percaya at the 1st place boleh juga sy practice begini.
My opinion before kamu mo start DIET ka, workout ka, GYM ka, Zumba ka, mkn product ka.. paling penting is change your lifestyle.. tukar apa yg kmu makan & minum yg paling basic dulu.. sdh cukup descipline apa² pun blh buat..
Whatever it is walaupun sy slalu post food/cakes yg sy buat sendiri, tapi sy puas hati coz ingredient yg sy pakai bukan bikin sy tambah sakit and I am proud of myself coz sy sdh mula cuba dan berani utk berubah hehehehe..
