It has been awhile since my last update..so sorry for that..

Currently now staying in Miri wif my beloved fiance.. Since staying here away from my family.. Now then I learned how tough life is..but am very lucky to have my family, my fiance & my family in-laws who always be there to support me & help me.. May God bless them always..

Xmas is just around the corner and would like to wish everyone Merry Xmas..

May we always be thankful for all the little things in our life & May we never forget about HIS blessings and to Praise our Lord all the time..

Haro Haro...

Let me start my story about my 2nd day trip at Miri with my super late breakfast + lunch :D

Before I came to Miri.. awal sdh tu I googled which place should I visit..where to find good food..So as for today my food hunting is the 'kuih chap' / 'kway chap'.. I found one blog post which I cant remember which blog.. posted about this 'kuih chap' at WZT Cafe. woah...py sengsara mo cari this cafe hahaha..siap gps lgi wor..sampai last2 I check out the map from FOURSQUARE! So we found the place!!!

Sadly the uncle told us that 'tiada lagi kuih chap' (T.T) so sad but yet not giving up.. I nag my D to call Joshua and ask him where can we find KUIH CHAP!!

At last we found it and ate it! Nyum I tell you!! Fuh ngam betul mkn wif the sambal belacan..smpi berpeluh2 oh!!

Done wif momom.. we went to Taoist Temple (San Ching Tian) which I read is the largest temple at South East Asia..

DAY 1: MIRI!!

Heiyo!! Morning!! Just woke up huhuhu...and felt like mcm teda tdr langsung last nite ni huhuhu..

Touch down at Miri airport at 9.55pm last nite..Hws my 1st trip to Miri? Haizz macam2.. 1st of all sorry MAS.. I just dont favor MASWING... there's some kind of smell.. and it's freakin HOT!! Transit at labuan for 15-20mins feels like hell! Oh my gosh teda aircond!! Nek MASWING feels like nek bus yg teda aircond!! My trip from BKI-LBN-MIRI surprising my fright of being inside a plane HILANG! Why? How come?? There's this uncle cina, very the super friendly..! Non stop talkin to me dari before depart in kk smpai la touch down at Miri! But 2 things that I feel like I want to change sit is

1) He smells like he just ate pork or perhaps cha sau!

2) He took off his shoe..siap angkat kaki gusuk2 tapak kaki adoi! Imagine the SMELL!! huhuhu...

Anyways.. the moment we touch down.. and after walkin like super fast (away from that uncle).. I was greeted by my D, Bryn & PILO! Oh hw I miss my baby!! My ride from the airport to Ming Cafe makes me feel like am still in KK.. ^^

Went to Ming Cafe, chillin and supper with my D, Bryn, PiLo, Fie & Joshua..

Miri food so cheap oh! Betul!! You dont believe me?? Look at this signboard which I spotted it on my way to the toiyet..

Kan!! Murah Kan!! Damn cheap! But I didnt order this la..heheh..coz limpas sdh waktu momom so I just order simple meal.. What I love most is the PORK BURGER! KK ada ka ni ah?huhu..

Yeap! Cravin for LO Mai Gai since yesterday!! Wanted to eat it for breakfast yesterday but I woke up late so didnt manage to go and buy it...So tdy.. My beloved fiance bought it for me and also my fav kuih ^^ He bought 4pcs each! Nyum!! Nom Nom Nom!! When my cravin kicks in.. I MUST HAVE IT!! EAT IT!! LIKE THERE'S NO TOMORROW!! hehehe..

SUGAR GLIDER DIET RECIPE (Vege & Fruits Smoothies)

Heiho!! As I promised!!

Would like to share my very simple recipe which I gave to my lil Pilo so that he'll take his HPW Diet :)

You can either make it 1 Cup or 1/2 each.. For me cause it was a trial recipe so I make it with 1/2 cup each..

1/2 Cup Apple

1/2 Cup Pear

1/2 Cup Honeydew

1/2 Cup Orange

1/2 Carrot

1/2 Sweet Cabbage

1Tbsp Honey

Blend all the above ingredient.. and you'll have this:-

I estimate that this food can supply for maybe half of month (I guess)

To make sure that this smoothies can last longer.. You can keep it in the fridge or you can make it like as picture below and keep it in the freezer.. but make sure not to feed your SG while its still cold.. :) Please do defrost it or let it melt first before you feed your SG..

each cube is equivalent to 1Tbsp..

Feed your SG every evening with 1Tbsp / 1 Cube and mix it with the 1/2Tsp HPW diet ready mix.. Im using HPW Diet Ready as picture below.. bought it from Chubby Pets Garden ..
But Pilo cant finish with 1Tbsp so if urs cant too maybe u can serve it to 1/2 Tbsp but still stick to 1/2Tsp of HPW Diet..

At first Pilo was a bit reluctant to try..

But then again.. He LOVES IT!! ^^ until he dig into it! lol

Well all I can say I love Pilo so much and was relieved that I found a way to give him his HPW Diet.. and at least his smoothies is full with nutrients..

Last Saturday, my beloved fiance bought me a surprise gift!! Which I LOVE IT SOOOOO MUCHYYY!!! ^^

HAPPY??!! YES OF COURSE...Last year he gave me hedgehog as a gift but nowadays Google is soooo moooody even I dont dare to hold her anymore :( So... kevin bought me a new pet which I can pet it, hold it, sleep with it, bring it anywhere...ALL THE TIME!!! ^^

Meet my dearest & beloved pet sugar glider..!! I named it PILO!! ^^

My advice to those who are interested in buying SG/keeping them as pet.. do lots of reading buut be xtra careful with those people who thought that THEY KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT SG! Sdh la tdk mau share info sombong nak mampos!

Well we bought HPW diet for our lil baby..FYI this diet is very important for SG..but the prob is Pilo doesnt like it.. Sigh~ So I figured out a recipe where you can give your SG fruits+vege and HPW Diet at the same time! Great combo no.. :) I will share that recipe in the next post.. So stay tuned.. ;)

Damn.. I cant sleep!! So damn Ahasu!! Panas boh gia! berpeluh2 & how I wish ada aircond di bilik ni... (T.T)

So since I cant sleep.. Wanted to share my 1st day of work embarrassing moment hohohoho...

I reached office early around 8.30am 15mins b4 my working hours.. I was so confident when I walked out from my car and gave a big SMILE to the lady driver behind my car (coz my fiance stop in front of my office's building so mcm blocking the road jap la..) Senyum py senyum.. Thanks to that Police Cone.. I nearly trip myself! silaka! nasib tdk jatuh..(=.=) tambah malu when there's people around!! Automatic tgn ambi hp kuar dari beg pura2 tgk phone smpi pg lift...my gosh... :D

So I survived my 1st day of work...tired gila (mentally).. So many things so many info for me to catch up, jot down & absorb for 1st day.. I have no choice bcause Anne the person whom am replacing is sitting for her Dealing Examination in KL starting from tdy till next Thurs/Fri... GREAT ISN'T IT!! Baru start sdh sy kena kasi tinggal (T.T) Worst part is... I have to arrange two meetings for next week.. and I have to take minutes for that meeting!! OH MY G! I have no experience at all jotting down minutes!!!!!!! The last thing I remembered about meetings is **SLEEPY & BORING** ni kali la matai kudasai...

The most important ingredient hehehe.. I use Campbell's Prego Carbonara Mushroom

Instead of bacon. I use chicken meatloaf or some says chicken ham..and button mushroom.. fyi I did fry the chicken meatloaf wif pepper :D

What I did ,I boiled the sauce and add some water (because the cream is too salty)..add in the above ingredient: chicken & button mushroom...let it boil.. **optional** u can add cheese if you like...

Then..Voila...

Looks yummy hoh...hohohoho...

Ayam Masak Kicap /Soy Sauce Chicken Recipe

You need:

Chicken & Marinade it with Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, and ginger

Next put the chicken away. You'll need big onion & garlic

Saute garlic together with the big onion

Next put in the chicken, stir fry the chicken till it looks almost cook. Then add in water - to make gravy/sauce. Cover the pan, and let it slow cook for a few minute. 5mins top. Check it again and make sure the chicken is well done/cook. Have a taste of the gravy/sauce, add salt if needed.

OPTIONAL:

sorry I dont know what the name of this vege hehehe..but this optional tou.. :)

Lastly while its boiling, add in some corn flour (mix the corn flour with water 1st) but not too much k..

Stir and done! ^^

Ok... "Sour Fish" sounds funny hahahaha...

I always wanted to find/modify a recipe to an easier recipe for me ^^ and for my fiance to learn ;p so that next time he can cook for me.. ^^

So here is what you need:

(A) Red Onion + Garlic + Ginger + Curry Powder + Turmeric Powder + Belacan (optional) = mashed it all together

(B)

I. Garcinia Atroviridis (Asam Keping/Asam Gelugur) with water

II. Lemongrass

III. Turmeric Leaves or Turmeric

IV. Chinese Celery (Daun sup)

(C) Fish (Here I use the Mackerel Fish)

1. Saute (A)

2. Add in (B)- I,II, & III

3. Next add in water (just enough to scuttle the fish)

*am I using the right word?*

Wait until the water is boiling then you put in the fish

add some salt, ajinamoto/muichin - to taste

Now you have it!!

Last night we ate it with sagu(ambuyat) ^^

On 19th Nov 2010.. I received a phone call from Shiah Shi telling me that her dogs (Coffee & Sunny) just gave birth.. To be honest.. we never seen Coffee & Sunny..

Untill... One day on 5th Jan 2011 (Wednesday).. Shiah Shi called and informed that we can go to her hse and bring back home our baby.. I totally forgot to take pix of Coffee & Sunny cause I was too EXCITED looking at all 5 very very ADORABLE PUPPIES!!! So I googled just to show you how Coffee & Sunny looks like.. It was a fine evening yesterday.. such a memorable day.. funny but sweet... guess what?? He proposed! hahahaha... I know..judging from the pic..most of my friends tot that he proposed me using my otomen as a ring bearer which is not :) This is how the story goes.. While at the parking.. he mentioned about my silver ring 'ala ur ring tidak kilat sdh kan..' so I answer 'ya besa la silver kan' then he told me that he saw in youtube that you can use dettol to make ur silver shine (which is I REALLY DO BELIEVE HIM!! ;P ) the moment I went to the backseat of the car ( Coz i wanted to change my offce attire to my jog wear..) he asked me to give him my silver ring and try to use the so called DETTOL METHOD.. I dont know how to explain it here :p he used his so called magic skill and change my silver ring to diamond gold ring ^^ and ask me 'Will you marry me?' OH MY G!! hahahaha..1st thing came out from me is not YES I WILL or YES I DO but.. I always thought that I cant possibly save any more money than I actually do. I live pretty much on paycheck to paycheck, I guess like the rest of working peeps, our meager savings is for emergencies only. ((some of us))

I browse through the net and I found a few tips to begin saving more than I thought possible and the first trick is to rethink your spending habits! ^^ (learned from my own lesson when my company is giving out late paycheck and I have no savings to support my daily spending/needs).

I started with asking myself

Who am I? What's my current financial picture?
How do I want to live? How do I want to use my money?
How can I make the best use of my money?

"The Key of saving is Spending Less than you Earn"

Draw up your current budget:

Find out where your money goes. Calculate your monthly income & make a list of all expenses.

Put priority on your loans: car loan, house loan etc

Cut down usage of your phone / downgrade your phone package to cut down your bill ^^

Plan ahead:

Map out your meals for the entire month, go through your kitchen cabinet, fridge and pantry. Making a list of any item you'll need for your planned meals.

Bring your own food to work:

Your breakfast, lunch and for break time. You can save more if you just heat up the left over food from last night ^^. Always make sure that you have your own coffee/tea and biscuits in the office to avoid a reason to buy food outside ;)

Make a list:

Before out for grocery shopping, make a list to avoid buying unnecessary things and to avoid over spending.

Learn to compare prices:

Whatever things or stuff that you plan to buy, try to survey around, look around or google it to compare the price of the item that you wish to buy. Cheap is better ^^

Credit Card:

Try to limit yourself with only ONE credit card (none is better).

Consider your credit card as a safety net.

Dont use it for anything that you dont absolutely need

Save 10% from what you earn:

This is the advice from mom that I will never ever forget, she always remind me again & again to at least the minimum is to save 10% from my paycheck every month.

Always ask youself "DO I NEED THIS?":

We often tend to buy stuff that we DONT really need or maybe some DONT really use it. Yea that 'some' includes me, sometimes I buy things that I only use once and just put it away just like that and at the end I misplace it or worse LOST IT -.-

Dont buy clothes or shoes or handbags when you already have TONNES of it in your room & in your closet and do you really need DESIGNER HANDBAGS, DESIGNER SHOES OR DESIGNER CLOTHING?? Even make up, your toiletries.. Do you really need to buy yourself branded and damn f****** EXPENSIVE?? when you can find other not so famous brands with good quality and reasonable price.

Clear your closet:

Overflow closet and you have no idea on where to toss it or HIDE IT?? Well best advice is to give it away or you can make profit out of it. If you browse through the net, there's a few blogs that are selling pre-loved clothes, take a look at it, grab the idea and do it!! Sell your pre-loved clothes, shoes, handbags etc ONLINE!! The best place is FACEBOOK ^^

So I guess this is it Argentina!! Germany 4-0 who would expect that?? Same goes to Brazil last night.. I guess WC 2010 matches are very hard to predict... I bet 3 different scores for Germany tonight but too bad I didn't bet for 4-0 T.T

Next match at 2.30am SPAIN VS PARAGUAY!! I did not place any bet for this match.. But I would love to match GERMANY vs SPAIN ^^ who knows that Germany will win the WC 2010
